Counted on 80g dry pasta, a tablespoon of olive oil and 100g of protein. Vegetables, cheese and condiments sit on top of this and are your own business.
what you need
Six things. No grams except the protein, because the rest does not need them.
the holy grail trio
tomatoes, onion, garlic
protein
tofu or paneer, 100g
oil, cheese, masaladani
whatever is in it
(m)any red sauce
ketchup, chilli oil, schezwan, sriracha
pasta
shells hold the sauce best
vegetables
aukat anusaar
method
- 01
chop tomatoes, badly
Four to six big pieces each. Roughly. This is not a step to be precise in.
- 02
sauté them in olive oil
Until soft and slumped.
- 03
add 100g tofu or paneer
Cook until soft. This is the entire protein plan, so do not skip it.
- 04
blend it
Tomatoes and protein together. That is the sauce. It goes a suspicious orange and that is correct.
- 05
boil the pasta alongside
Al dente. It should not dissolve the second it hits your mouth. Muh mei rakho toh ghul jaaye is a failed pasta.
- 06
onion and garlic, same pan
Chopped, into the tomato pan. Sauté.
- 07
vegetables, aukat anusaar
Month start: teeno colour ki capsicum, zucchini, broccoli. Month end: green capsicum, and a carrot if you are feeling rich.
- 08
sauce back in, then everything else
Ketchup, chilli oil, schezwan, sriracha, whatever condiment you own. Cheese, chilli flakes, oregano. Maggi masala if you want. Yeh war ground hai, yaha kisi bhi tarah ka bloodshed chalega.
- 09
add the pasta, mix, eat it out of the pan
Standing up. No plate. That is the recipe.
